Building isn't the bottleneck.
With AI, a first prototype comes together faster than it used to – a clickable version that shows the idea. Turning that into something that holds is where the real work starts: in the questions before (what should be built at all?) and after (does it hold in production, under load, with real users?). That's exactly where I work.
Before: the right question
- Stakeholders arrive with solutions, not needs
- Translating back to the actual question – that's where I'm at home
- Which problem is real, which user need holds?
After: does it hold?
- AI produces plausible-looking code in seconds
- Whether it holds – in production, under load – is the other question
- 25+ years of UX, product design and product development behind it
Your innovation team wants to use AI, not just evaluate it? I work with it daily and show what's realistic today – on a real project, not on slides.
Often the hardest question is what should be built at all. That's what Design Sprints and User Research with real users are for – with the experts at sinnhaft, the agency I co-founded. From the first question to the finished product: full circle.

Frequent questions
How long does a prototype take?
Weeks, not quarters. An exact number up front would be dishonest, because it depends on how clear the project already is. If the question is settled, it moves fast. If it isn't, settling it is the first part of the work.
What does it cost?
That depends on scope and is quoted after the intro call. The contracting party is sinnhaft GmbH; the work is delivered by me personally.
We already have a prototype from an AI tool. Isn't that enough?
Often not. AI produces plausible-looking code in seconds. Whether it holds – in production, under load, with real users – is the other question. And whether the right thing was built at all is the one before it.
Do you work with teams that are only starting with AI?
Yes. On a real project, not on slides. I work with these tools daily and show what is realistic today and where the limits are.
Which industries?
Industry-agnostic. 25+ years of product experience across media, marketplaces, TV and banking software, most recently corporate innovation. See the career track.
How do you actually work?
I document it as I go in the journal – for instance why building got cheap and clarifying didn't.
