These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale and delivery of digital products and services via the website martina-meyer.ch and associated subdomains.

01Provider

Hereinafter "the provider" or "Martina Meyer". The provider acts as an individual; if subject to VAT, the VAT ID is shown separately.

02Scope

These Terms apply to all orders and contracts concluded via martina-meyer.ch and its sub-pages (incl. kmu-skills-fur-claude and other product pages). Deviating terms of the buyer apply only if the provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

03Subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is the acquisition of digital products from Meyer Digital · Martina Meyer. The offering includes in particular:

• the AI Specialists suite ("SME suite", "Full suite" or individual industry suites): a collection of skill files (Markdown documents) loaded into the software Claude Code (Anthropic);
• individually created digital reports and analyses (e.g. the in-depth Archetype OS report), delivered electronically;
• other digital products and downloads.

Unless stated otherwise, the provider does not sell software-as-a-service but perpetually usable digital files or individually created digital analyses. For the skill files, the application runs via third-party software (Claude Code, Anthropic), for which separate terms and costs apply. Product-specific provisions follow from these terms, in particular on licence and use (section 07) and on Archetype OS (section 13).

04Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the purchase button and successfully completing the payment process, the buyer makes a binding offer.

The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed by the payment processor Paddle.com Market Limited and the buyer receives access confirmation by email.

05Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including any value added tax. VAT is calculated and remitted automatically by the payment processor Paddle.com Market Limited according to the buyer's country.

Payment is processed entirely via Paddle.com Market Limited (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom) as Merchant of Record. Common credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods supported by Paddle are accepted.

The provider receives the order data via Paddle but has no access to the buyer's complete payment data.

06Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate upon receipt of payment confirmation. The buyer receives a personal access link by email with which the purchased product can be installed.

Technical installation in Claude Code is carried out by the buyer according to the supplied instructions. For questions, the provider is available by email at hallo@martina-meyer.ch.

07Licence and usage rights

With the purchase, the buyer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased skill files. The licence applies to an individual or a team of up to three people at the same business address.

Not permitted:

• Resale, rental or commercial transfer of the skill files
• Making the files publicly available (e.g. in repositories, on marketplaces or in cloud storage with third-party access)
• Using the skill files to create competing products marketed as full or partial copies of the acquired skills

Separate conditions apply to team licences from four people or agency use with client mandates. Please send enquiries to hallo@martina-meyer.ch.

08Right of withdrawal and refund

The buyer has a right of withdrawal within 7 days of the purchase date without giving reasons. The reversal is handled via Paddle.com Market Limited. Details are in the withdrawal policy and return policy.

09Warranty and liability

The provider warrants that the purchased skill files function according to the product description when correctly installed and used in a current version of Claude Code (Anthropic).

The provider is not liable for:

• Content generated by the AI - the buyer is solely responsible for reviewing and using the outputs
• Business damages, loss of revenue or lost profits from the use or non-use of the skills
• Malfunctions caused by changes to Claude Code, the Anthropic API or other third-party systems
• Content that violates local law (e.g. tax law, data protection, advertising law) - the legal review is the buyer's responsibility

The provider's liability is in any case limited to the purchase price of the affected product, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

10Updates and changes

Updates within the same major version (e.g. v1.x → v1.y) are included in the purchase price and provided to the buyer by email or via the original access link.

For major upgrades (e.g. v1.x → v2.0) the provider may charge a separate upgrade fee. Existing customers receive a fair upgrade price in this case, communicated before the major release.

11Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the separate privacy policy.

12Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively to the contract, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and conflict-of-law provisions.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, insofar as the buyer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a corresponding special fund. For contracts with consumers, mandatory statutory provisions on jurisdiction remain unaffected.

13Special provisions for Archetype OS

Archetype OS is an online self-test on feminine archetypes, available at martina-meyer.ch/archetype. The short test is free. Optionally, an in-depth report generated individually from your answers can be purchased (paid digital product).

Important notice - not an assessment: Archetype OS and the in-depth report are not a psychological, medical, therapeutic or other professional assessment and do not constitute a diagnosis, advice, treatment or therapy. The test is based on an archetype model, is not scientifically validated, and serves solely for entertainment, self-reflection and inspiration.

The results and suggestions are general in nature and do not replace professional advice. Do not make important health-related, professional, financial or personal decisions based solely on the test or the report. If you are experiencing psychological distress or have health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

The in-depth report is generated individually and automatically (among other things using AI) from your answers after purchase and delivered electronically. Otherwise, the provisions of these terms apply accordingly, in particular on prices and payment (section 05), delivery (section 06), withdrawal (section 08) and warranty and liability (section 09).

14Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms be wholly or partly invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The statutory provision applies in place of the invalid one.

Changes to these Terms are published at martina-meyer.ch/legal/agb. For ongoing contracts, the version of the Terms valid at the time of conclusion applies.
